SignalBuzz is a product intelligence tool that analyzes user feedback using AI and returns structured reports including feature prioritization, experiment scoring, and business impact projections. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address. You may not share your account or use it to serve multiple organizations under a single subscription unless you are on the Queen plan.
You agree not to: submit content you do not have the right to share; use the service to train competing AI systems; reverse-engineer the product; attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
You retain ownership of the feedback text and data you submit. By submitting content you grant SignalBuzz a limited license to process it through AI systems to generate your analysis. We do not use your submitted content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service (see our Privacy Policy).
New accounts receive a 15-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription at the rates posted on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to your registered email. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, but you may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period.
Analysis reports are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes. They represent statistical patterns and projections, not guaranteed outcomes. SignalBuzz makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated report. Product decisions remain your responsibility.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SignalBuzz's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
